Quote requests submitted through this site are requests, not bookings. We review each one and follow up with a personalized plan and quote. A service is scheduled only once we've confirmed the scope and date with you directly.
Scope of service
Service inclusions listed on this site are representative examples, not a guaranteed checklist. The scope that applies to your home is the one confirmed with you before your cleaning.
24-hour Clean-Again Promise
Let us know within 24 hours of your completed service if we missed a detail. We'll return once to touch up the affected area at no additional charge.
Final eligibility, scope, and scheduling terms for the Clean-Again Promise are confirmed with your service agreement before booking.
Access and safety
We confirm entry arrangements with you in advance. We may decline or stop work in conditions that are unsafe for our team, and we'll tell you why and what we recommend instead.
